| Sharon
Gray, CMP is the owner and lead planner of the full-service
meeting planning company, A Plan to Meet, Inc. Prior
to starting her own company, Sharon was the Conference Coordinator
for the Florida Association of School Administrators. In that
position she facilitated all aspects of the planning and on-site
coordination of meetings, conferences and trade shows for the
association. |

| Before
her employment in the association market, Sharon worked with
a corporation that coordinated continuing education and special
events for the medical industry through grants from major pharmaceutical
companies. |

| Her
meeting planning experience also includes four years with the
Florida State University Center for Professional Development
as a Program Administrator in the Conferences and Institutes
Unit. In that position, she worked with various university departments
and professors in all phases of conference development and administration.

work in the corporate, association and government markets gives
her experience with a broad spectrum of events from the low-budget
to more lavish. |

| Sharon
became a Certified Meeting Professional in 1998. She is actively
involved in the Society of Government Meeting Professionals
(SGMP), Florida Society of Association Executives (FSAE), and
Tallahassee Society of Association Executives (TSAE). |
